Over a period of forty years Lyn and I have contracted various house builders to build our family homes, resulting in varying degrees of satisfaction.
In 2013 we decided to build our retirement home, and one of the requirements was that it be a steel frame home. We sent concept drawings and requests for budget pricing to various companies specialising in steel frame homes. After preliminary discussions with a number of them, we made the decision to contract Franklin Constructions to build our retirement home.
