Over a period of forty years Lyn and I have contracted various house builders to build our family homes resulting in varying degrees of satisfaction.
In 2013 we decided to build our retirement home and one of the house requirements was to be a steel frame home. We sent concept drawings and request for budget pricing to various companies that specialised in steel frame homes. Having never built before we were a little nervous with the whole building experience. We meet with Campbell and John Franklin to discuss our new home and immediately we felt at easy the whole building process. They helped us with the design of our new home for our young family. We built our new house in Oct 2011; we chose to build with Franklin Construction, as we wanted a steel frame home. We had researched a lot about steel frames and the benefits of building with it.
